SHIPPING POLICY
1. When will my order arrive?
Our delivery time is usually 4-7 working days within India, depending upon your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 4 working days. Orders of product ready to dispatch will be dispatched on the same day however for items than requires to be reproduced, making time of 7-10 days will be required

EXCHANGE POLICY
3. My order has arrived damaged. What to do?
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at sales@perfectcutt.com mentioning your Order ID and a picture of the product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted ONLY in case of manufacturing defects. All returns will be accepted if notified within 3 days of receipt of product
CANCELLATION POLICY
4. How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.
- If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of date of cancellation.
- If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted
